Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured. We take pride in the professionalism of our company. Our founders have over 20 years of business experience and make 100% sure that your home is protected and covered.
Is there anything I need to do before my service?
A few simple things before your service:
- If it is an exterior only window cleaning, make sure all windows are closed and locked.
- At 360 Window Wash, we love pets. Please make sure your pets are in the house safe and sound.
- We will access your exterior water source via a hose bib.
- If you have valuables on the window sills, it may be a good idea to move them to a safe place. We will carefully move anything off of the window sills, but we want your valuables to be safe and sound.
What forms of payments do you take?
We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, and debit or credit cards. (We do charge 3% fee with debit or credit cards).
How do I get an estimate?
We provide free estimates! Simple call, text, or email us for your free estimate! We will provide you with an estimate within 24 hours but normally we can provide your estimate within an hour. Sometimes we can give you an estimate right over the phone with sufficient details, at other times we will need to stop by your home or business and walk the exterior of the home.
What are the terms and conditions of the service?
360 Window Wash is not responsible or liable for any of the following conditions or situations:
- Pre-existing damage to siding, windows, frames, sills or screens, including but not limited to:
- Scratches, scrapes, etc.
- Torn, bent, or loose screens
- Oxidized frames, sills, or screens
- Cracked or damaged glass
General window cleaning service does not include removal of the following (these items may be removable at an additional charge, please speak with your sales representative for more details):
- Excessive hard water staining
- Mineral deposits, including rust stains
- Excessive glue, caulk, or other adhesive residue
- Paint overspray, splatters, drips, or brush marks
- Mortar, concrete, or other hard debris
